Principal and Certified General Appraiser, licensed in MA and NH. Holds the MAI (Commercial) and SRA (Residential) designations with the Appraisal Institute, and the MRA (Commercial) designation with the Mass Board of Real Estate Appraisers.

Currently on the Board of Directors for the North Shore Chamber of Commerce. Previously on the Board of Registration of Real Estate Appraisers for the State of Massachusetts, and Chairman of the Board of Assessors for the Town of Wenham. Areas of work include retail, offices, general commercial, large multi-family, industrial, vacant land, litigation, condemnation and residential.

Mary Usher

Experience appraising all types of residential properties, especially new construction and large estate properties. Other related experience as a mortgage processor and a builder’s assistant specializing in renovations and antique restorations.

Marilyn Clawson

A North Andover resident with appraisal experience in the North Shore and Merrimack Valley areas. Areas of work include Corporate Relocation and all types of residential property, new construction and land valuation.

Amy Whynott

Amy keeps things running smoothly and wears many hats, her responsibilites include processing appraisal reports, accounts receivable, payroll, and all day-to-day office needs.

Joseph Simcox

Spent five years in real estate sales prior to joining Ahearn Appraisal in 1991. Specializes in commercial and industrial properties, including apartments, new subdivisions, gas stations, restaurants, and special-use properties.

Bob Trussell
Licensed MA Real Estate Appraiser since 1983.

Experienced in all residential property appraisal, Bob's areas include north of Boston and Southern New Hampshire with an emphasis on 1-4 family properties, residential land and new construction. Current Chairman of the Board of Assessors in Hamilton MA. Previously a cost estimator and supervisor for Trussell Construction Co.
